Soon after I started practising my Human Design, I overcame my fear of driving a car, which has been crippling me for 15 years.
Most of the time during those 15 years, my driving was accompanied by terrible anxiety. Nausea, overthinking, shaking, and a racing heart were daily occurrences, even for a 5-minute drive to the shops. And I did my best not to give into it and tried to push through. I had better and worse days, but the fear and overwhelming thoughts were always there. Fear keeps you hostage, you are not free.
My Human Design chart allowed me to see my fear clearly for what it was, I understood where it came from, why I created it and why it was safe for me to let go of it.
I clearly saw that this fear was not me and that it didn’t belong to me. The first drive after this realization felt completely safe. I never felt safe behind the wheel before.
Since, I was able to drive, I completely relaxed, and even more so I love driving now!
It is when I am driving, that some of the most amazing synchronicities and epiphanies happen for me.
Driving has become my sacred space, a space where I am alone with inspiring audiobooks (lately it’s Conversations with God by Neal Donald Walsh 🤍), my courses, music…. and my thoughts.
So don’t make peace with your fears, dig into them, and see what treasures it hide. And when it comes to your Human Design Chart, it is the Spleen Centre that will help you unearth the treasure.
